We decided to do something about it.

We are founded and operated by Michelle Martin and Khristine Serrano, two commissioned notaries who have collectively completed over 300 notarizations across the Las Vegas Valley with zero documents rejected.
We serve individuals, families, legal professionals, businesses, adoption parents and agencies throughout Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, Green Valley, Anthem, Southern Highlands, and surrounding Clark County communities. We also work with clients nationwide who need documents notarized before apostille submission.

Meet Michelle Martin
Michelle is a commissioned notary public in the state of Nevada and brings a calm, grounded presence to every appointment she takes. Khristine is a commissioned notary public in the state of Nevada. She was born in the Philippines and has called Las Vegas home for decades. When you work with us, you can move forward knowing the notarization was done correctly and will be accepted where it needs to go.
We provide mobile notary and apostille preparation services throughout the Las Vegas Valley including Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, Green Valley, Anthem, Southern Highlands, North Las Vegas, Spring Valley, Mountain’s Edge, Centennial Hills, Aliante, and surrounding Clark County communities. For clients outside Nevada, we coordinate apostille preparation remotely and guide clients through the submission process regardless of their location.
